Recommend a really good TV show

All your favorite characters are dead, deal with it.

2 new shows I think I can recommend (for entirely different reasons)

1. Killing Eve. Just stunningly good BBC show about a female serial killer/assassin and the MI5 detective hunting her. I'm only 2 eps in, but I'm hooked.
2. New Legends of Monkey - a silly TV adventure show out of Australia, kind of like Zena meets Japanese mythology. Good cheesy fun. (3 eps in)

New Legends of Monkey only even came about because of the ridiculous popularity in this country of Monkey, an NHK production from the late 70's that was brilliantly overacted and dubbed accordingly...

Everyone who was anyone used to rush home to watch this after school, and then beat each other about the head with sticks just like Monkey...

I know I'm really really late to this party, but OMG Rick and Morty, S2 & 3 are just fucking outrageous!

I've been watching Kim's Convenience on Netflix, and it is actually really good, light-hearted stuff about a Korean family in Toronto. I've been really burned out on grim-and-gritty for awhile, and this has been exactly what I need right now.

Rewatching Lost with Martian Lad. Turns out it's still good.

I'm kind of iffy on the pilot for Deadly Class. I like the 80s punk esthetic, but the writing seems clumsy and obvious. Then again most pilots are, to some degree or other.

I'm a huge fan of the comic. I've been a little hesitant to get into the show, but I've been hearing mostly positive things about it.

No love for Umbrella academy? I thought it was pretty great, even if it was very derivative. Its makes me a mad that Fox cant seem to make even one X-men movie as good as this. (Well, I still like X-2 a bunch)

There a web show on Amazon Prime called AFK (from NZ) which is pretty cool, if sometimes a bit like fanfic.

Speaking of Prime, there's a show on there called Patriot that is my favorite show since Orphan Black. I highly reccomend it.
