I didn't mind the Aquaman trailer. But I did find it odd that they now speak underwater without an air bubble being created like they did in Justice League.

I prefer it the way they've changed it. But it does strike up and interesting continuity issue.

Beat me to it!

Pretty nice trailer. Loved how they kept doing the cuts between the different-but-similar moments in her life, especially the final one where she's standing up, fists clenched. It had the mohawk-suit, it had young Fury and Coulson, it had an old lady getting punched right in her wrinkly face...I don't know what else you'd want from a trailer.

Wow, I didn't even see the cat on the poster until you mentioned it. Good eye.

Oh wow! I was NOT expecting to see G1-style bots in this at all. Do we dare be hopeful about this movie?

I'd say so. Really, the only thing I don't care for is that they're still doing the whole "Bumblebee can't talk" thing. It's my least favorite characteristic of movie Bee.

Other than the Mute Bee, I wonder if this is the start of the reboot of the franchise. We know the movies are getting some kind of reboot after Bumblebee, but seeing flashbacks with G1 characters and aesthetics makes me think they're kinda piggybacking some of the new ideas on there.

I wouldn't mind a soft reboot on the series. If this movie can avoid an awkward sex conversation, it will automatically be better than literally every Transformer movie that came before it.

Dark Phoenix trailer...

I know the subject matter lends itself to easy comparison, but this seems uncomfortably similar to X-Men: The Last Stand.

The problem with the Dark Phoenix saga is that they cannot do it real justice in the cinematic universe they have created. It made more sense in the comics back in the 70s because: a) the X-Men were part of a larger Marvel universe where aliens had been established as existing, b) the X-Men had already gone on several adventures in space, and c) Jean was a benevolent holder of the Phoenix for a long time before the Dark Phoenix manifested in her. But in the movie universe, they haven't introduced aliens, so the most logical choice to have the Dark Phoenix be a repressed aspect of Jean's own personality, and it makes sense that Xavier, as the only other strong psychic and her mentor, to be the one to block it. But I thought the whole point of the end of Age of Apocalypse was that Charles helped Jean embrace her powers so that she wouldn't develop the Dark Phoenix personality.

Now, the trailer did show them flying into space, so it's possible they will introduce the cosmic Phoenix entity. But I don't know why Jean is going to Magneto for answers, other than that Michael Fassbender still has a contractual obligation to be in the movie.

OK, I know I'm a sucker for a good trailer, but I'm ALL IN for this movie! Sophie Turner is the hawtest Jean Grey evah!
