That is awesome! That will be a long wait indeed.

I like the fact that you actually honor the "Christmas present" aspect of it.

Well, my wife is holding me to it. But she's letting me get other Transformers in the meantime.

So is anyone (else) going to get into the Transformers TCG when it comes out at the end of September? I will probably get a starter set and a booster box, but nobody's taking preorders just yet.

I'm just glad it's just a TCG. If someone comes out with a TF miniatures game like X-Wing/Heroclix, I will be well and truly fucked.

I might. But it's hard to get into a game when you have nobody to play with. Plus, I've always had terrible luck with random booster packs, even back in the Heroclix days.

I didn't know there was such a thing... anyway, no, I won't. I'm done with trading collectible games. Just big money sinks. And I don't think I'd have anybody to play it with.

Probably not unless my local store does something big for it.

My Punch/Counterpunch shipment has been delayed indefinitely by Amazon. It was supposed to arrive today.

It does. Not like I need it this second, obviously, but it’s damn peculiar that Amazon of all places can’t fulfill a preorder made two months ago. I thought that was literally the only point of pre-ordering; you know exactly how many you need.

I've seen that a lot of people seem to be in the same boat. Strangely, mine wasn't supposed to arrive until September 25th, then I got the shipping confirmation this past Monday.

Got mine today! So in the end, not a big deal. But he does have the shoulder issue, so I'll have to deal with that. Really like the box, though!

I'm glad it finally got there. The three boxes are all nice, and if you put them together they make a combined picture of the three bots.

The Decepticons are coming!

At NYCC today, Hasbro revealed several of the Decepticons from the upcoming Siege line, and teased the next Titan class figure, Omega Supreme!

Teaser images of Omega Supreme's tank.

The biggest surprise for me is Reflector. To make the classic camera, you'll have to buy three of the Deluxe sized figure. Each one comes with a third of the lens and tripod.

The biggest disappointment for me is Soundwave. His robot mode looks amazing, but his vehicle mode is a piece of crap. Laserbeak and Ravage will be sold seperately as a 2-pack. Supposedly, Soundwave can be transformed into the "streetlight" mode from the very first cartoon episode, and one was hidden in that diorama.
